Payment Details and Refund Policy

The Global Spa & Wellness Summit is an invitation-only event for senior executives, and invitations are non-transferable. The Summit registration fee does not include the cost of accommodations. A credit card is required to confirm your registration, and payment must be made in full before your registration is considered complete. Requests to pay by invoice must be submitted via email to Dulcy Gregory, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , and be paid in full before achieving registered status.

Please note that we are expecting a sold-out Summit, partly due to the increasing interest from senior executives in the industry and due to space limitations at the Aspen Institute campus. Register early to secure your space.

The Summit does not make a profit and therefore relies heavily on delegate registration fees and limited sponsorships to develop a high-quality program. Registered delegates who cancel their registration before April 4, 2012, will receive a full refund, minus a $100 processing fee. Registered delegates who cancel between April 4, 2012, and May 4, 2012, will receive a 50% refund. After May 4, 2012, no refunds will be given. Please note that in order to issue a refund, a cancellation in writing is required.

Attendance Categories

Delegates

The Global Spa & Wellness Summit welcomes delegates from all continents and countries. Formal invitations to the Summit are mailed to a targeted list of top-level executives who are decision makers in spa, wellness and related industries around the world. All invitees have applied or been nominated and then approved based on their positions, backgrounds and leadership roles. Representatives from diverse sectors (including hospitality, investment, finance, real estate, medicine, consulting, manufacturing, product, technology and other related industries) are invited to attend. From year to year, criteria for acceptance as a delegate to the Summit may change depending on location, size of venue, theme, etc.

Student Delegates

Each year, the Summit invites students from premier international hospitality schools with spa programs to join as student delegates. Some of these students participate in the Student Challenge competition, while others help with logistics, note-taking, etc. We are delighted to have had bright students interested in the spa and wellness industries attend from an array of international institutions.
