IMC Group’s East West Learning Centre designs and promotes a new global model for wellness that integrates East-West practices in mind/body, Integrated Medicine, Community Development and Business Leadership. Operating in Singapore and China, EWLC believes that some of the most pressing challenges of the 21st century can be solved when individuals and businesses practice mindfulness and adopt wellness and sustainability as core values. In particular, The EWLC is positioning its work to bridge cutting edge developments in wellness research both in the West and in the East, helping to redefine the relationship between individuals and established health platforms and serve as a conduit for introducing/strengthening the notions of integrated and preventative care to the Chinese sphere. An example is a collaboration between EWLC and another IMC’s company called Octave which is pioneering integrated Lifestyle and Real Estate projects in China where EWLC is assisting the design of a Wellness Centre in a new development near Suzhou.
